Tahini sorbet and Strawberry Chia jam




ingredients for the sorbet
  • 100gr whole wheat tahini
  • 250gr warm water
  • 100gr honey
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa nibs

instructions
In a bowl add tahini, water and honey and stir until combined.
Put the bowl in the freezer and every half an hour stir well. 
Repeat the procedure 5-6 times and in the last time add the cocoa nibs and stir again.




ingredients for the jam
  • 250gr fresh strawberries
  • 50gr frozen blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp honey

instructions
Add strawberries and blueberries in a blender and blend.
Whisk in chia seeds and honey until well blended.
Put the jam in the refrigerator and after 3-4 hours the jam is ready!
