Swiss Chard and Eggs


Lately i've been eating swiss chard very often. They are tender, sweet and very easy to cook with a little bit of olive oil and some water. This recipe has chili peppers and coriander seeds. It's spicy and delicious! 😉

Traditional Greek Easter Koulourakia (Cookies)


These are my favourite Greek Easter Cookies from Smyrna. The recipe comes from Aivali. The grandmother of my friend Athena used to make them.
